1. Who is responsible for your data
Ollive, led by Thierry Ollivero in Bucharest, Romania, is the controller of personal data submitted through this website. To exercise a privacy right or ask a data-protection question, use the inquiry form on the Ollive homepage and begin your message with “Data privacy request”.
2. Data we collect
We collect information that you choose to provide through the inquiry form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The professional context included in your message
Please do not submit confidential, commercially sensitive, special-category, or unnecessary personal data through the initial inquiry form.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use inquiry data to understand your request, evaluate whether Ollive can help, respond to you, and—if you ask us to—take steps toward a potential engagement. The legal basis is Ollive’s legitimate interest in responding to professional inquiries and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not use inquiry data for automated decision-making, newsletters, behavioral advertising, or unrelated marketing.
4. Service providers and international transfers
The form is processed by Formspree, which stores submissions and delivers notifications to Ollive. Formspree’s services are hosted through Amazon Web Services in the United States. Formspree states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses when acting as a data processor. You can review Formspree’s security and privacy information.
Access is limited to Ollive and providers that need the information to operate the inquiry channel. Ollive does not sell personal data.
5. Retention and security
Inquiry data is retained only while it is needed to respond, assess a potential engagement, manage the resulting professional relationship, or meet legal obligations. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are reviewed periodically and deleted when they are no longer relevant. Contractual and accounting records may be retained for the periods required by law.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Formspree states that it encrypts network traffic and database storage. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so the initial form should not be used for sensitive material.
6. Your GDPR rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request erasure or restriction of processing
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Receive portable data where the legal conditions apply
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent
You may also lodge a complaint with Romania’s National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) or another competent supervisory authority.
7. Cookies and external resources
Ollive does not currently use advertising cookies, marketing trackers, or analytics cookies on this website. The site loads font files from Google Fonts; as part of that request, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. External services linked from this site apply their own privacy terms.
